This theme aims to help participants to understand the sources of conflict within a team, relying on the model EverythingDISC. It teaches them to identify the styles of behavior and communication of each to better manage disagreements, defuse tensions and transform conflicts into opportunities for constructive engagement, at the first level of mastery.
