A structured 3-step approach to ensure our trainings are effective

Preparation


  • Assessment (interviews, self-evaluations, gathering expectations, etc.)
  • Drafting the feedback report (upfront advisory)
  • Kick-off meeting
  • Creating materials for the first training wave

Delivery of training sessions

  • The key objective is to provide an approach, tools, and best practices for each module
  • Participants complete intersession reinforcement exercises to apply learnings beyond the classroom in their own environment
  • Run (self)evaluations, satisfaction survey, and provide participation certificates

Post-training support

  • Send training materials by email
  • Review reinforcement exercises and provide 2 months of aftercare
  • Optional coaching
  • Prepare a feedback report with recommendations
  • Measure the real "cold" impact of the training
